we are off to a fresh start while charting your progress in Weight Trackers™ NutriFit Tracker™, you will be able to manage your daily intake and calories burned. To initiate our plan you will reduce your caloric intake by 200 calories every six weeks until you reach your desired weight. Should you fall below your weight goal, move back up the scale and monitor your weight and make adjustments as needed.

Although for the next six weeks you are taking a quantum step in reducing your caloric intake, you can maximize this farther by increasing your fitness regimen. If you decide to walk for 30 minutes a day, you can maximize your calories burned by increasing your walk by 5 minutes each week until you attain the level needed to reach your goal. As you increase your fitness regimen, make sure you reserve enough daily caloric intake to have a very generous meal or snack to avoid feeling hungry and not being able to eat enough to restore your energy level after your workout.

The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making permanent changes in your diet and exercise habits. Here at Weight Trackers™ we want to instill in each member the will to win by developing 10 new healthy habits:
