With all the bad press, you’d think trans fat had become a thing of the past. Many manufacturers have reformulated their products to get rid of those artery cloggers.

But trans fats still abound in convenience foods including frozen biscuits, garlic bread, waffles, pizza, refrigerated potatoes, cookie dough, coffee cake, and even popcorn. So be sure to carefully check labels. You can find brands that are trans fat free.
